Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Location: Roanoke, TX
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates/Forklift Operators to join our team in Roanoke, TX. This position combines general warehouse responsibilities with forklift operation. Associates will assist with material handling, staging, packing, pallet wrapping, and inventory movement while operating equipment such as a Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, and Cherry Picker as needed.

Please note that this is a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. To help employees stay comfortable throughout the workday, the company provides cold drinks and popsicles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Cherry Pickers safely and efficiently.
• Stage materials and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload products as required.
• Wrap pallets and secure shipments for transportation.
• Perform material handling and other general warehouse labor duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist in various warehouse departments based on operational needs.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience operating a Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, or Cherry Picker.
• Ability and willingness to perform general labor duties in addition to forklift operation. This is not a forklift-only position.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Must be flexible and willing to work in different departments as needed.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
